Certain travel-advisory services accessible through the Site are provided separately through Roybal Hawk Travel LLC in connection with its relationship with Fora Travel. See Travel-Advisor Services below for additional information.

Certain business-consulting services accessible through the Site are provided separately and exclusively by Roybal Hawk LLC. Happy Trails Media may collect initial inquiry and booking information through the Site and provide it to Roybal Hawk LLC for the requested consultation or engagement. When booking a travel consultation, the Site may ask for information such as your first and last name, telephone number, email address, comments, and the type of travel assistance you are seeking, such as booking assistance, planning services, or group planning.

When booking or participating in a business consultation, the Site or related Google services may collect information such as your name, contact information, company or project name, website, business stage, primary challenge, desired outcome, scheduling and meeting details, and materials you choose or are asked to provide.

Consultation Recordings, Transcripts, and AI-Assisted Materials

Consultations may be conducted using Google services, including Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, and Gemini or other AI-enabled features available through Google.

With advance notice and your affirmative consent, a consultation may be recorded or transcribed, and AI-enabled tools may be used to create notes, summaries, analyses, recommendations, or draft work product. This processing may involve your voice, image, statements, shared-screen content, meeting metadata, uploaded files, and other information provided during the consultation.

AI-generated material may be inaccurate or incomplete. We use it as an assistive tool and may review, correct, supplement, or disregard it.

When you visit or use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

Travel documentation and other information necessary for actual travel planning should be submitted through the appropriate systems made available through Fora Travel or the applicable travel provider, rather than through general forms on roybaltravels.com.

Business plans, budgets, financial statements, organizational charts, policies, procedures, workflow materials, and similar records may be submitted through a designated upload method when reasonably necessary for business-consulting services. Before submitting them, remove or redact unnecessary Social Security numbers, personal tax-identification numbers, account and routing numbers, credentials, health information, and personal information belonging to employees, customers, or other third parties. Do not submit information or records that you are not authorized to share.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

Information processed through these services may include contact information, calendar and meeting information, emails, uploaded records, shared documents, recordings, transcripts, notes, prompts, responses, summaries, analyses, and draft work product.

We will provide notice and obtain affirmative consent before recording or transcribing a consultation or using an automated meeting feature that requires consent. Google may independently process information according to its applicable terms, privacy notices, and contractual obligations.

10. Payments

Happy Trails Media and Roybal Hawk LLC may accept payments through payment methods made available through Wix and associated payment providers. The introductory business-consulting consultation is currently free, but a later consulting engagement may be paid and governed by separate transaction-specific terms.

Payment credentials are generally processed by Wix and/or the applicable payment provider.

We do not intend to directly collect or store complete payment-card credentials such as full credit-card numbers through ordinary Site systems.

The Site's role in this process is primarily to facilitate the initial inquiry and appointment scheduling.

If you proceed with travel-advisory services, those services may be provided separately through Roybal Hawk Travel LLC in connection with its relationship with Fora Travel.

After the initial consultation or referral:

Travel-advisor communications may occur through separate Fora-related credentials or systems.
Additional traveler information may be collected through Fora Travel or other travel-industry systems.
Travel suppliers, hotels, airlines, tour operators, insurance providers, payment providers, and other travel companies may separately process your information.
Their respective privacy policies and terms may apply.

Happy Trails Media does not use the general roybaltravels.com booking form as the primary system for collecting passport information or other sensitive travel documentation.

This Privacy Policy does not replace the privacy policies or terms applicable to Fora Travel or independent travel suppliers.

12. Business-Consulting Services

The Site provides a way to request or schedule a free introductory business-consulting consultation with Ryan through Wix's booking functionality.

Roybal Hawk LLC is the sole provider of those business-consulting services. Happy Trails Media operates the Site and may collect and route the initial inquiry, appointment information, and submitted materials to Roybal Hawk LLC for the requested service.

Business-consulting information may include business-model information, organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, operating systems, pricing and budgets, cash-flow information, financial scenarios, feasibility and risk information, project plans, marketing strategies, implementation plans, and related business records.

If you proceed beyond the introductory consultation, additional information may be collected and processed through Google services and under a separate consulting agreement, proposal, statement of work, invoice, confidentiality agreement, or other engagement document.

13. How We Share Personal Information

We do not disclose personal information indiscriminately.

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary:

For visitors who request business-consulting services, Happy Trails Media may provide relevant inquiry, booking, contact, and submitted information to Roybal Hawk LLC. Roybal Hawk LLC may process that information and may use Google services and authorized professional or technology providers as reasonably necessary to evaluate, administer, or perform the requested consultation or engagement.

Information submitted for one service is not provided to another affiliated entity for that other entity’s independent marketing unless you separately consent or the use is otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

14. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money.
