Cancellation Policy
This complimentary consultation is an introductory conversation with Ryan and/or Alina to discuss a potential project, paid engagement, creative idea, or collaboration with Happy Trails Media. We may discuss your goals, creative direction, scope, timeline, budget, potential services, and whether Happy Trails Media is the right fit for the project. Booking a consultation does not create a client relationship, guarantee that a project will be accepted, reserve production dates, or establish final pricing, deliverables, or project terms. If both parties decide to move forward, applicable scope, pricing, payment requirements, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and other project terms will be established separately through a proposal, quote, invoice, service agreement, or other project-specific documentation.
